Tutors &Program Assistants
Because we believe the best approaches and strategies to learning come directly from educators, we hire Tutors who have experience teaching and connecting with students. We also utilize Program Assistants to help students on a small-group basis and support our tutors to ensure a high-quality after-school intervention experience for each of our kids.
Volunteers
Program volunteers directly impact the lives of our students. Our volunteers help students with their individualized curriculum, supervise learning activities, and act as positive role models. Tutor Smart volunteers contribute an average of two to six hours per week, and create close bonds with students.
